Mit dem beschlossenen Jahressteuergesetz (JStG) 2022 wurde den Ausbau von Photovoltaikanlagen für Privatkunden vergünstigt, konkret ist Nullsteuersatz mit Vorsteuerabzug für die Lieferung und Installation von Photovoltaikanlagen auf oder in der Nähe von Wohngebäuden bis 30KW- §12 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 UstG (neu).
